RETURN POLICY

All electrical parts sales are final due to the nature of the product. All parts are tested, and marked before they are shipped.

If a part is defective/broken, we will send a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

If you wish to return a used a part because you simply changed your mind or it does not fit your application, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways in addition to a 10% restocking fee.


SHIPPING

Shipping of small packages go out with in 48 hours either through USPS or UPS.


If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with carrier as all of our packages are insured for the full value.

Freight shipping is used for bigger items and we choose the carrier based on the item/needs and where it is being shipped. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all freight shipping as it arrives. If the shipment via freight arrives damaged, once signed for it by the buyer, it is the buyer's responsibility.
